At Fuel Your Fire we offer the following classes:
FUNCTIONAL FITNESS: A class with a general warm up, specific warm up, skill, strength, workout and cool down. The class is different every day and consist of a combination of aerobic capacity, Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics and other skills to create a unique class. 4 people per class.
BURN: A class similar to the CrossFit class, concentrating slightly more on aerobic capacity and excluding barbells and Olympic weightlifting. 6 People per class.
PRE-SCHOOL & KIDS: These classes are tailor made for the little ones between 3 & 6, and 7 & 10. Tanja is qualified as a Kids coach and so programming is designed specifically to suit this age group. The class is only 30 minutes and promotes exercise through play.
PRE-TEENS: A class specifically catering to the 10 to 14-year-old age group using the Functional Fitness style of training. 6 People per class.
SWOLE & FLEXI: This is a 30 to 40min high intensity class using Penalty Boxes (Voted as Mens Health fitness equipment of the year 2020) and 20 min of stretching and mobility. This class is designed to build a sweat, get you quicker on your feet for sports or just get the heart pumping, work on agility and give you flexibility, all part of a healthy lifestyle.
CONDITIONING: Designed for those who want to improve their running and cycling, but mostly catering to athletes that want to expand on their energy systems, increase strength, flexibility, stamina and aerobic capacity to help the create a big engine for their preferred sports. 6 People per class.
WEIGHTLIFTING: Phoenix Barbell Club is registered with the South African Weightlifting Federation and one of only 2 of its kind in the Garden Route. Classes are 90min long and work on classic lifts like the Clean and Jerk and the Snatch and accessory exercises to improve lifting technique and overall strength.
OTHER SERVICES ON REQUEST: Body assessments (measuring body fat %), nutritional coaching, personal training, pro-shop, supplementation advice, sports massages, in-house Biokinetics
